Export writes the current result to a file. What “current” means depends on where you start it:

From the toolbar menu — every entry in the list, with the applied filters and language.
From the selection panel — only the entries you ticked. See Select entries.

The fields

Field	Does
Export name	The file name. Defaults to `entries_` plus the card name.
Select file format	CSV or Excel
Select properties	Which columns to include. Leave it on All for every property, plus `Id`.
Select language(s)	Which languages to include for localized properties
Override list value delimiter	Replaces the delimiter used between the values of a list property. Left blank, each list keeps its own.
Include ‘Last Modified’ information	Adds the last-updated timestamp as a column

Select language(s) only appears when the card’s sources carry languages. Leaving it empty exports every language the card has.

Properties set to not show on the interface are not offered as columns.

Getting the file

Small exports finish immediately and the confirmation carries a Download action. Larger ones are queued: Studio tells you the export has started, and the file appears in the notification center when it is ready. Either way the file stays available there, so a download you dismiss is not lost.
